The Paleo diet consists of:

  • Meat – (Grass-fed – not grain – organic when feasible), eggs, poultry and wild fish.
  • Vegetables
  • Fruits – Limited to 1-2 servings per day, esp for weight loss
  • Nuts
  • Tubers – Sweet potatoes and yams.
  • No grains (including millet and quinoa)
